Real healing happens when we feel safe enough to fully experience the emotions we’ve learned to shut down or push aside. Creating a safe attachment experience is at the heart of our work a the Moses Collaborative. Each of us carries stories we’ve told so many times they’ve lost their power to move or change us. AEDP—our primary therapy technique, invites us to go beyond the story and into the emotional truths beneath it.
In our sessions, you can expect us to slow things down, tune into what’s happening in your body, and gently deepen the feelings that emerge. Alongside this experiential work, we often incorporate skills-based approaches to support emotional regulation and resilience. Our work is dynamic and collaborative, shaped by the relationship we build together in the room.

Couples therapy offers a safe, collaborative space to better understand each other, heal old wounds, and create new ways of connecting. We help couples improve communication, break free from stuck patterns, and navigate conflict with more care and clarity. Our experiential, attachment-based approach is designed to strengthen trust, connection, and resilience in your relationship.

Every family has its own story, shaped by connection, challenges, and change. When tensions build or communication breaks down, it can be hard to find your way back to understanding.
Family therapy brings everyone into the room, literally or figuratively, to untangle conflict, repair trust, and create healthier ways of relating. Through an attachment-based, experiential approach, we help families strengthen their bonds and support each other through life’s ups and downs.

If you often feel overwhelmed by emotions or find yourself acting impulsively in ways that create challenges, learning emotion regulation skills can be life-changing.
Our DBT Skills Groups teach practical tools across four modules: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. This evidence-based approach offers a structured and supportive path for real growth and change.
Each session focuses on learning a new skill in a small, intimate group setting. While the groups are supportive and encouraging, they are designed for learning—not as support or processing groups.
